Pricing

We consult using two major methods, below we outline what each method entails/provides you with so you can decide what is best for your company.

Contracting by the Hour – ( $95.00 per hour ) 

• You only pay for the actual time invested 
• Retainer Payment of 15% of the total estimated time is due at the start of the project.
• This form of contracting is for projects that will take 2-3 weeks or less and will only require one dedicated programmer at a time. 
• A commitment of at least 2 hours is required 

Contracting by the Project – ( requires quote ) 

• You pay for whatever the project estimate is.
• Payment is 25% of the total estimate for the retainer and the balance is due upon project completion. 
• This type of contracting is more for major projects that will have multiple programmers and require a major time commitment, or a project that requires massive overtime to get it completed on a time crunch.
• This may involve multiple programmers and programmers may work overtime to meet the project’s deadline.
• Because you are only paying for the estimated time if more man-hours are spent in overtime, etc. you pay no extra. Likewise if the programmers have been putting in overtime, etc. to complete the project sooner, you still pay the estimated amount because they still put in the man-hours.

As with all our consultations, we are firmly dedicated to providing you with the best possible solution at one of the best possible prices. Consulting out for programming services elsewhere normally costs between $75 to $350 per hour. We believe in staying competitive by offering high quality services at the lower end of the price range.

To our repeat customers we also offer discounts. The more projects you contract out to us the greater the percentage/amount that will be taken off the cost of your future contracts. Also if you mention us to other companies and they decide to contract out to us, you will get even more savings on your next project. With each of our projects we offer a range of accompanying services, many at no additional cost. 

• FREE Technical Support - If you have a problem with one of our programs, something isn’t working right, or you are just wondering how to use a section of the program you can e-mail/call us for help and answers.
• FREE Debugging - While the greatest care is used to take into account all circumstances a program may encounter, sometimes bugs may slip through the holes. Not every system is the same nor will they all be running in the same environment. Sometimes another program or a piece of hardware can adversely affect a programs' operation. In such a case, we will determine what the cause of the problem is and re-write the section of the program to fix the problems. Then, we will get you a new version of the project that has the corrections made for those situations. Some situations may involve major changes, and those will be discussed if they come up.
• FREE Minor Changes - Should your systems change or you wish to have minor program options/functions added/removed/changed, we will do it at no additional cost. 
• FREE Remote Setup - [Expenses do apply if you require On-Site setup is required and it is not a Project based consultation] All of our projects come with very easy to use/understand installation programs or instructions. Should the project require greater computer configuration then an install program can provide we will remotely walk you through the installation.
